If you’ve ever walked down Brickell Avenue, you can feel it—that mix of ambition, languages, and opportunity that defines Miami. But behind every thriving company in this city, there’s usually one person with a story worth telling.

For Fernando Mazzoni, that story started thousands of miles away, in Buenos Aires, long before Miami became what it is today. Years later, that path—from the streets of Recoleta to the skyline of Brickell—would become the foundation of Binter USA, one of Florida’s most trusted real estate firms for international investors.

A Beginning Shaped by Tradition

Fernando’s introduction to real estate wasn’t by chance. He began his career at Bullrich, a Buenos Aires firm selling and managing properties since the 19th century. Working there was like attending a masterclass in negotiation and integrity.

He spent his early years learning the rhythm of the market, listening to families, understanding what makes a deal fair, and realizing that business is about people, not just property.

Later, he joined Bullrich América–Europa, which took him beyond Argentina. From Spain to Miami, Fernando helped Latin American clients find investment opportunities abroad—long before global real estate was as accessible as it is now.

That chapter taught him how different countries think about value—how an apartment in Madrid tells one story, while a home in Miami tells another.

When Fernando arrived in Miami, he saw something that few others noticed at the time.

​There were plenty of brokers selling condos, but very few understood the mindset of foreign investors, especially those from Latin America.

He realized what was missing: guidance.

So, in 2005, he created Binter USA Real Estate, setting up headquarters at 444 Brickell Avenue—the same building that still houses the company today.

Having worked in Europe, South America, and now the U.S., Fernando developed “global intuition.”
